Dirty Air Condition Coils and blocked or open ventilation can be the main reason why you are not getting enough cold air.

Calcium and magnesium deposits form inside the tank.  This limits the lifespan of your tank.  Also, odors may can be effective if you do not flush out tank annually.  

Affected areas need to be addressed around the caps in seals due to preventing water intrusions inside the RV. 

Improper cleaning of battery post and wires can cause low or no voltage.  Also not keeping your cells filled can kill your battery as well.
